dropbox

dropbox It is one of the most used cloud storage services in the world, along with similar ones like Google Drive and OneDrive, among others. And it is one of the most complete and offers the best functions.

This service offers up to 2 GB of free cloud storage. It also has plans of 2 TB and 3 TB, which respectively have prices of about 9,99 and 16,58 euros per month. With any of these, you can upload files, as well as share them, and how to do the latter is something that we explain in this opportunity.

You can easily share files with Dropbox through two ways. In this way, you will be able to avoid sharing them individually through mail or any other method, be it through a social network app, instant messaging and even some older ones, such as through a physical document or fax.

With Dropbox's file sharing feature, you'll be able to upload documents online for anyone you've given access to to view. In some cases, depending on your preference, they will not be able to modify them, while in others they will. Whatever it is, you can edit them whenever you want and the changes made will be updated in real time. This is how you can collaborate with your co-workers, share your favorite photos of your vacations or family outings, and more.

Share read-only files

As we said, Dropbox, like other cloud storage services, offers the option to share read-only files. This means that you will be the only one who, in such a case, can modify it; others, those who access the file will not be able to edit it, but they will be able to view it.
