- First of all, you have to run the "certml" application or program. To do this, you have to write, in the Cortana search bar, the word "certificate" or, well, the full name, which would be "manage user certificates". This search bar is located on the right side of the Windows Start icon, which is the one in the lower left corner of the screen. Then you have to press the «Enter» key or simply see how the result appears, and then click on it.
- Subsequently, you will need to give this program access so that it can execute changes to the system.
