Renew the IP address

That is, we open the command prompt first, something we do by typing command prompt in the search bar on the computer's taskbar. We then right-click on the command prompt. In the options that come out, we are going to choose run as administrator, so we're going to have administrator privileges in this case.
In the command window that opens, enter the command ipconfig /release and then press Enter. Then we are going to use the ipconfig /renew command in this command console. You have to keep the spaces in both, it is essential. When you have entered these commands, type exit and press Enter. Resetting TCP / IP

Then, we can add an IP address ourselves that is valid and we will be able to solve this problem manually. This is something that should not take too long. We right click on Start and then we will select the Network Connections option. In the new window that appears, click on the option Change adapter options, which allows us to see the network adapters and change their settings.
We will be able to see the type of connection there is. So we will have to look for the wireless connection and click with the right mouse button on it. In the menu that appears, we will enter Properties. Then we search and click on the option of Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP / IPv4). We make sure that it is highlighted and then we click on Properties. In the new window that appears, click or mark the options Use the following IP address and Use the following DNS server addresses. Then you have to write down the IP address, subnet mask and default gateway, preferred DNS server and alternate DNS server.
When you have configured or filled in these options, then click OK to confirm this action. Then restart your computer to see if these changes have been applied and worked correctly. Normally, this new IP address will work and we will not have problems connecting to the Internet on the PC.
