Step 4:
Once all of the above has been discarded, we must uninstall any Third Party Antivirus Software, that is, that is not the native Windows (Windows Defender). Since, on certain occasions, these can be the cause of the appearance of a "White screen".
To do this, start your computer in safe mode and through the section of applications & features from the window of Configuring Windows, proceed to remove (uninstall) any third-party antivirus software that you have running.
And now restart your computer, and test that the "White screen" no longer appears. If the problem persists, continue to the next step.
Step 5:

Step 1:

- Start in safe mode and uninstall any third-party antivirus software you have running.
- Disconnect and uninstall any recently connected or installed devices or peripherals.
- Use any Microsoft or third-party maintenance or optimization software tool.
- Apply the default options (default and optimized values) of the BIOS / UEFI of your computer.
