Request backup
The first thing to do is open Instagram from a computer (not from the smartphone). Specifically, once we have accessed our user profile, we must go to the following link: Instagram accounts: privacy and security.
On this page we will have the opportunity to enter a email to which to send the data file of the backup of Instagram.
Once this is done, we must enter our profile again, more specifically to the configuration section. There we select the option "Privacy & Security" to enter the email again. In less than 48 hours (the exact time depends on the capacity of the Instagram servers at that time and the amount of information to process) all the data will be collected and sent to our email.
