Today we are going to talk about cookies in minecraft as a food source: what they are and how we can make them. Or, rather, cook them.
It must be said that creating cookies in Minecraft is very easy and cheap since version 1.3 of the game was released. It was then that the cultivation of cocoa (a basic ingredient). Before, this was a real luxury item.
El nutritional value of biscuits is superior to that of bread. With the same amount of wheat we will be able to make twelve times more cookies. In the "hunger" bar, a unit of bread will allow us to recover six thighs (the unit of measurement of food in Minecraft), while the twelve units of cookies will recover twelve thighs. How to make cookies in Minecraft
The Minecraft cookie recipe has as main ingredients two units of wheat and one unit of cocoa. With these quantities we will be able to obtain up to eight chocolate cookies. As shown in the image, the order of placement of the ingredients is as follows:

Crafting cookies in Minecraft is always an interesting resource, although it is necessary to know what are the advantages that this will provide us and also the possible points against:
Advantages
- With only one grain of cocoa and two grains of wheat, a batch of eight cookies is obtained.

The hardest part: getting cocoa beans
Although in the current versions of the game cocoa is a much more abundant element, it is still difficult to find. The easiest thing is to find a jungle biome, since cocoa beans only grow in these places: jungles and wild forests with tall trees, near plains, forests and swamps.
Once the cocoa trees have been located, it is necessary to select the best pods: the smallest ones are green and only provide a single cocoa bean. It is better to wait for them to grow and acquire their orange-brown color, a sign of maturity. Thus, when breaking them, we will obtain two or three grains from each pod.
And what if there is no way to find a jungle with cocoa trees? In that case, there is always the possibility of resorting to the trade. For example, try an exchange with the farmers of the villages, either to get cocoa or directly cookies. Important: This option is not available in Minecraft Pocket Edition version 0.16.0.
Growing our own cocoa
