How to create Telegram groups

For create Telegram groups what you should do first is open the application (obviously). Now you just have to stay on the main screen and click on the blue pencil icon that you will find at the bottom, in the right corner of the screen. Now it will send you to a screen - menu where you will find different options, but if you look at the bottom, your mobile contacts will also appear.
