How to fix it if it's hardware problem
If the problem is not with the software, it is probably a hardware problem (wiring or keys failing) and here things get complicated, because it will probably require a Specialized service and professional technicians to solve the problem.
Check if it is a hardware problem: we enter the BIOS with the keyboard
To check if it is a hardware problem, the first thing we can do is enter the BIOS of the computer As follows:
- We turn on the team and inmediatamente we press: DELETE + F2, F8 o F12. If the PC enters the BIOS, then the keyboard is fine and works correctly and surely we should format the computer.
- If we cannot enter the BIOS following the steps above, then surely the problem that the keyboard does not work will be due to a hardware error.
Two solutions if the problem is hardware:
1. Take the equipment to a professional service with specialized technicians
