- We select the devices that are within the section and by right clicking we give it to Uninstall driver.

Check that the keyboard is configured in our language

How to fix it if it's hardware problem
If the problem is not with the software, it is probably a hardware problem (wiring or keys failing) and here things get complicated, because it will probably require a Specialized service and professional technicians to solve the problem.
Check if it is a hardware problem: we enter the BIOS with the keyboard
To check if it is a hardware problem, the first thing we can do is enter the BIOS of the computer As follows:
- We turn on the team and inmediatamente we press: DELETE + F2, F8 o F12. If the laptop goes into BIOS, then the keyboard is fine and working properly and surely we should format the computer.
